This was a particularly challenging project due to the access issues. A lot of materials needed to come in and out of this site, through a small alley way, up and down steep slopes. It was fair to say we over run on this project! We helped plan and design this project working with the clients closely. This was a problem site as it was particularly wet and shaded. We worked hard to improve the drainage and fertility of the soil here adding a new lawn. In the one spot that got sun an Indian sandstone patio in raj blend was created. A whole pallet of sleepers was used to terrace the garden into multiple levels. Recreating the existing falling down beds and new stairs down to the lowest area of the garden. A flat pack summerhouse was provided which we erected for the customer. You will notice the one larger step down this was a way to cover the septic tank that stuck out of the ground.
